By March, Sydney had begun her role as a Client Relationship Management intern with Freight Forwarders Kenya, putting her attention to detail to work monitoring freight shipments. Hatua’s Employer Partners turn potential into opportunity, helping graduates launch their careers while connecting companies with motivated, skilled professionals. Thank you, Freight Forwarders Kenya, for opening doors for Hatua graduates!
Looking ahead, Sydney hopes to one day pursue a master’s degree in economic policy, finance, or data analysis. For now, she is continuing to grow her skills, studying data science in her free time.
Reflecting back on her journey, Sydney especially valued the opportunity to mentor younger Hatua scholars while she was in university. Recognizing her younger self in them and helping them find their own voice.
